Use of This Website

You may browse and share links to this site freely. You may not reproduce, download, copy, or use any

Services

MightyMauls offers photography, digital art, and digital media consulting services. All services are

confirmed by written agreement or invoice. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.

Bookings & Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date. The

remaining balance is due as specified in your project agreement. Dates are not held without a deposit.

Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled session forfeit the deposit.

Cancellations with adequate notice may be rescheduled within 90 days, subject to availability.

Deliverables: Final deliverables are provided within the timeframe outlined in your agreement. Rush

timelines are available for an additional fee.

Payments

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Payment is accepted via the methods listed at checkout or invoice. Failure

to complete payment may result in withholding of deliverables and/or late fees.

Purchases of prints or digital downloads are final. Refunds are not issued for completed creative

services except where MightyMauls fails to deliver the agreed scope of work.

Intellectual Property & Photo Rights

All images, artwork, and creative work produced by MightyMauls remain the intellectual property of

MightyMauls. Clients receive a limited personal use license to delivered images. Commercial use

requires a separate licensing agreement.

MightyMauls is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this

website or our services. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid for the specific

service in question.

We are not responsible for equipment failure, data loss, acts of nature, or other circumstances beyond

our reasonable control that may affect service delivery.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in good

faith. If litigation becomes necessary, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the applicable

U.S. courts.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the most recent

revision. Continued use of this site or our services constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
